Welcome to Legal Employment Connection, a California based company serving the legal industry by bringing the employer and those seeking employment together via our website. Our main focus is in Southern California; however, we will also post job openings and resumes from other areas within California for those wishing to use our services.                  The unique features of this company are beneficial to both the employer and the candidate seeking employment in the legal field.  This site is supported by advertisement links for vendors in the legal industry and provided as a community service.  Those accessing our site are encouraged to view the vendors supporting this site and utilize their services.             There will be no charge to employers who wish to post job opportunities and view resumes or for candidates seeking employment to post their resume for review by employers.                 Employers must e-mail alexanderslegal@verizon.net to request authorization to view all active resumes.  Once an employer, office manager, personnel director or HR firm representative has been confirmed, authorization will be given to view the active resumes.                 We are not an employment agency.  Our intent is not to compete with employment agencies by screening applicants and placing them for employment.  Our intent is to provide another venue for employers to post job openings, and for job applicants to post their resumes for prospective employers to view.
